The historic brick structure known as Harrison Court sits across from Pierson College and a block from the Art & Architecture Building. This 40-unit, four-story apartment building in the central campus area is convenient to Broadway and Chapel Street shops and restaurants. Originally a factory for the noted piano maker Frederick Mathushek, this mission-style building was remodeled into an apartment house in 1912. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. An elevator and coin-operated laundry machines service this building.
