three-family houses, Mansfield Street offers a variety of spacious,
bright apartments dedicated to graduate students. The twenty-seven
houses owned by Yale house two 1-BR units, forty-five 2-BR units,
six 3-BR units, and five 4-BR apartments. All units include at least one
off-street parking space. Apartments are convenient to the School of
Management, the Forestry School, the Divinity School, and Science
Hill, and the Yale Shuttle stops nearby. Heading towards the central campus, residents have a 5-10
minute walk to the Law School and the gym. Utility responsibilities and rental
rates vary by unit, with prices ranging from $1,175 - $1,360 for an
enormous 1-BR, $1,150 - $1,900 for a
spacious
2-BR, $1,750 - $2,300 for a 3-BR, and $2,200 - $2,500 for a 4-BR.
Several apartments are single family homes. There is a
