I understand that my apartment must be left broom clean and no personal items or furniture may be left in the apartment. I understand that I will be charged for the REMOVAL and DISPOSAL of any personal items/furniture/trash that remain in the apartment after the vacating date noted above. Elm Campus Partners, LLC will dispose of any items or clothing left in the apartment and the charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
