Tenant Services

Elm Campus Partners provides Emergency Service to our tenants 24 hours per day, 365 days per year by phoning 203-776-4466.  If you are a tenant and wish to submit a non-emergency work order request, please log in to submit your work request for your unit.

  • Work orders entered via this web site will receive status update notifications on the Service Requests section of the Tenant Services screen.

  • In addition to an on-line work order request form, tenants who log in can see property specific information relevant to their apartment. Want to know what day is trash day? It’s in there. Curious about recycling guidelines at your building? We’ve got it covered. We also post general notices of interest to this private, tenant-only site.

  • Useful forms, including subleasing documents and our tenant handbook, are available to tenants using their secure log in.

  • Sometimes technology cannot compete with a face to face visit, so please come visit us at 1140 Chapel Street, Suite 201 (above Booktrader Cafe.) Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and at other times by appointment.
